How to post one video across 40 accounts
The practical workflow for running one creative across a whole fleet without every account reading as a copy of the last.

Running a content fleet means the same creative has to land on dozens of accounts without any two of them reading as copies of each other. Here's the workflow that actually holds up at scale.
Start with one clean source
Use the original file, not a screen recording of it and not a copy pulled back down from another platform. No captions burned in twice, no watermark left over from a downloader app.
Upload once, choose your intensity
Light works for a small number of accounts or content where the framing really matters. Balanced is where most fleets land. Max is for when you're posting to a lot of accounts on the same platform and need more room between copies.
Queue the batch and let it run
Every variant gets its own frame changes, its own caption pass, and its own audio. Nothing is a straight duplicate of anything else in the batch, including each other.
Before anything ships, it's checked against the source. Only copies that clear real distance are marked done, so you're not finding out something didn't work after it's already live on forty accounts.
From there, export each variant in the shape its platform wants and post it like it was never the same file to begin with.
