Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of VideoForge, the website, dashboard, and forging pipeline. By creating an account you agree to them. If anything here doesn't make sense, email support@videoforge.app before you sign up.

Agreement

This is an agreement between you and VideoForge. Creating an account, or using the service on behalf of a team, means you accept these terms for yourself and anyone you invite under your account.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.

Acceptable use

You must own the videos you upload, or have the rights to use and forge them. Don't upload content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to post. We can suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Your content and rights

You keep full ownership of everything you upload and every variant we forge from it. Using VideoForge gives us a limited license to process your files, and only for that purpose. We don't publish, sell, or claim rights over your content.

Credits and billing

Plans include a set number of variants per period. One credit is used per variant that ships; previews and verification checks are free. You can cancel any time from Billing, and your plan stays active through the period you've already paid for.

Plans and changes

We may adjust plan limits, pricing, or features over time. If a change affects your current plan in a meaningful way, we'll let you know before it takes effect.

Availability and no promise of "undetectable"

We engineer real, measurable distance into every variant and verify each one before it ships. That said, no service can guarantee a platform will never flag a post, and we don't promise that outcome. We also can't guarantee the service is available every second of every day, though we work to keep downtime rare and short.

Limitation of liability

VideoForge is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost reach or lost revenue from content you post using variants we've forged.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll let you know by email.
